Application Process:

The Midland Municipal Employee Scholarship Fund’s (MMESF) Board of Directors is accepting scholarship applications for the 2025/2026 school year. If you are a City of Midland employee and you have a college-bound dependent, please have them download and complete the scholarship application.

To be considered, the completed application must be submitted to the City of Midland Employee Benefits and Wellness Office, 300 N. Loraine, Room 115 by 12:00 PM on April 25, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will be returned and not considered. Applicants must ensure their application is received by contacting the Employee Benefits and Wellness Office at 432-218-4546.
